Mark Meersman

Biography

Mark holds a BA in Speech therapy and Audiology (Thomas More U of Applied Sciences, 1990) and MSc in Clinical Language, Speech and Hearing Sciences (Utrecht University). At Thomas More U of Applied Sciences he lectures in fluency disorders, methodology of SLT, and behaviour analysis, with a special interest in person-centred behaviour change. Right from the start Mark specialized in Fluency and Voice disorders and he has extensive clinical experience in fluency disorders. He was closely involved in several specialization courses and co-founded ECSF/ESS. Mark published various articles and did lectures and workshops nationally and internationally on the treatment of fluency disorders.
